Our 10 promises to clients
We are not the 13-in-a-dozen recruiter or the standard recruitment agency. We like to do things differently, but most importantly: better. We really want to make a difference for your organization, which is why we make these 10 promises to our clients:
#1 We will always be 100% committed to you.
But preferably 110%.
#2 We are always accessible.
Yes, even outside office hours. We are there for questions but also for advice or to spar together.
#3 We never introduce candidates we have not personally seen and spoken to.
Because we are not resume shufflers; we connect people. And you don't do that by offering candidates randomly. Only when we and the candidate see a real match, we introduce the candidate to you.
#4 Our candidates know (so) we are introducing them to you.
See explanation #3. Pushing masses of resumes your way when the candidates may not even be interested is a waste of your time. (And of our reputation, to be honest).
#5 Our candidates are screened to provide accurate data.
That way, you don't waste time on candidates bluffing their way through the process with, say, diplomas or certificates they turn out not to have. After all, you're busy enough as it is.
#6 Our candidates have always had at least 1 reference check.
So we can make sure they live up to the fine words 🙂
#7 Interview candidates are well prepared.
Sounds logical, but trust us: the opposite unfortunately happens more often than you think. Our candidate only comes for an interview when we and the candidate see a match, which is why you have a motivated candidate sitting in front of you. One who has studied the company and the vacancy and who can tell you exactly why he or she wants this job. That way you both get the most out of the interview.
#8 We act quickly.
Because nobody is happy with long drawn-out processes. We do everything in our power to make the processes run smoothly and efficiently.
#9 All trajectories will be kept confidential. Information will never be shared with third parties.

#10 We are always open to feedback.
Because we want to get a little better every day.
